HomeBuilder CEO ("we", "us") provides construction project-management software to home-building companies. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: scale@sift-digital.com.

Information we collect

Account & org data you enter: names, emails, roles, projects, schedules, selections, change orders, budgets, and documents.
Connected services you authorize, used only to provide the features you turn on:
- QuickBooks Online: when you connect it, we access customers, vendors, invoices, payments, and purchase orders to sync your accounting. We do not sell this data.
- Email (Gmail / Microsoft 365): when you connect a mailbox, we read incoming messages to log them against the right job and send approvals/POs you initiate from your address.
- SMS (Telnyx) and payments (Stripe) to text crews and collect invoice payments.
Usage data (e.g., product analytics) to keep the app reliable.

How we use information

To operate and improve the service, sync the integrations you connect, secure your account, and communicate with you. We access third-party data (including QuickBooks and email) solely to provide the features you enable, in line with each provider's API terms, including Google's Limited Use requirements and Intuit's developer agreement.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that power the features you use (e.g., Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Telnyx, Intuit, Google, Microsoft) and as required by law.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect any integration at any time in Settings, which stops further access, and you may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Security

Tenant data is isolated per organization with row-level security, and integration credentials are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.
