These terms govern your use of HomeBuilder CEO, construction project-management software provided by Sift Digital. By using the service you agree to them. Questions: scale@sift-digital.com.
You're responsible for your account, your organization's data, and the accuracy of what you enter. Keep your credentials secure and use the service only for lawful purposes.
You may connect third-party services such as QuickBooks Online, Gmail or Microsoft 365, Stripe, and Telnyx. You authorize us to access those services on your behalf to provide the features you enable, and your use of each remains subject to that provider's own terms.
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other organizations' data, or interfere with its operation. Tenant data is isolated per organization.
We work to keep the service available but provide it "as is" without warranties. We may update features and these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
To the extent permitted by law, Sift Digital isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using the service and disconnect integrations at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
